Workout Without Weights and Build Muscle
Workout Without Weights – The Science of Building Muscle
Is weight lifting the only way to get a strong, muscular physique? I believe that there are many ways to get the body you desire – as long as put enough pressure and intensity on your muscles then a workout using weights and a Workout Without Weights will give you the results you need. Our Muscles are made up of millions of muscle fiber’s that contract during a particular task – if you lift a basket then a small amount of fibers will contract giving you the ability to move the basket. However if you are trying to lift a car with your bicep then all the fibers in the muscle will contract. The intensity of the workout effects the amount of the the muscle used.
If you are performing an exercise where you can only do reps of 6 and you perform the exercise to failure, (where you can’t do anymore reps) then the fibers in your muscles begin to tear. Tiny Microscopic tears take place in the muscle fibers; If you perform an exercise to failure enough times then the muscle will begin to weaken.
You know about it when you try and lift the same weight a couple of minutes later – can you lift the weight the same amount of times as before? Of course not because you are tired and your muscles are worn down. After the workout your muscles are left in a state of fatigue and left limp. Its the workout that sets up the muscle for growth and the muscle rebuilds during your sleep. It’s during sleep that your muscles permanently grow, not during the workout – your muscles look bigger after a workout but that’s because water from your body has been sent to cool the muscle down.
Now this is going to sound pretty weird but you know you had a really good workout when you wake up in the morning and your sore from the day before. This, in my eyes, is perfect if its you intention for muscle development and muscle gains – I’ll explain why. After a workout we discussed that the muscle fibers in your muscle are left torn and its during sleep that the muscles grow. During sleep Your muscles begin to heal and the muscle fibers start to grow back and recover.
However our body’s are extremely advanced – the fibers grow back bigger than before (assuming that you have all the correct nutrition and protein). The fibers grow thicker which allows you to adapt to bigger weights and allow you to work with more intensity from last time you exercised. As your muscle fibers grow thicker, the muscle as a whole grows which allows more strength and bigger size!
Its good to wake up in the morning with an ache because this indicates that the muscle is going to take longer to recover which results in bigger gains and size!
This is the science of building muscle in your body: put pressure on the muscle, wait until your recovered and do it all over again
This will give you strength, fitness and endurance! If your interested in an Workout Without Weights but your worried about size and strength then just remember this article. As long as you put enough pressure on your muscles then they will always grow and adapt to that load.
If you can do an exercise with press ups and provide enough resistance then you will always get results – you just have to increase the intensity as you adapt to the workout. That’s why bodybuilders are always adding more weights – there muscles have grown and strengthened and the previous exercise doesn’t add enough load. Don’t worry I’ll show you the perfect ways to add intensity and resistance along the way
